You may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, including shipping charges. All undergarments are one time sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@nunool.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, we will request you for your bank details to transfer the refund amount.
