BEHIND THE making
NATURAL DYEING
NATURAL means NATURAL, Period.
We create vibrant, eco-friendly colors using sustainably sourced herbs, plants, roots, and trees, ensuring a gentle touch on your skin and minimal environmental impact.
Natural dyeing is very different from synthetic dyeing, we do not use any chemicals and depending on the chosen color, the fibers are soaked, boiled and dyed with natural ingredients. The water used in the dyeing process does not become a pollutant and is reused to water the trees in the dyeing unit. The solid dye-matter left over in the process is either composted for enriching soil or directly used as mulching material to be spread around the trees.
It is normal for natural dyes to shift and soften over time; they echo the ever-changing seasons of the natural world from which they came.
